Privacy Policy
Effective 16 June 2026. This policy explains what we collect when you subscribe to our newsletter or request an ebook, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you submit one of our forms we collect the details you enter: your first name, last name, work email, company, and role. We also record that you gave consent, the version of this policy in effect at that time, and basic technical metadata (a hashed source IP address and your browser's user-agent string) to help us prevent abuse.
Why we collect it
We use these details to send you the content you asked for — newsletter broadcasts or a download link for the ebook you requested — and to keep our mailing list free of fake and abusive sign-ups. We rely on your consent as the basis for sending you marketing email, and you can withdraw it at any time.
How it is stored and shared
Your details are held in our own records and in Resend, the email service we use to send and manage our mailing list. Ebook files are served from private storage through short-lived download links. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with third parties except the service providers that operate this system on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as you remain subscribed or until you ask us to remove them. Pending sign-ups that are never confirmed are removed during routine clean-up.
Your choices
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to access, correct, or delete the details we hold about you. We will action deletion requests promptly.
