Reviewing AI activity
Not part of the free edition. AI Activity is one of the AI administration pages, with AI Usage and AI Skills, and a free organization does not have them. Ask AI itself is part of the free edition, on your own key. See Pricing for what each edition includes.
The AI Activity page gives administrators a record of the AI skill runs across your organization. It is useful for understanding how your team uses AI and for keeping an audit trail, because it includes runs that members have cleared from their own Ask AI panels.
Open AI Activity
Section titled “Open AI Activity”Open the Toolkit menu and select AI Activity. The page is available to organization administrators. Platform staff see the same page for the organization they are currently working in.
What the page shows
Section titled “What the page shows”Each row is one AI skill run, with:
- When it ran and which skill it used.
- The source it ran from, such as the Ask AI panel or the canvas. There is a separate Surface column beside it, naming the part of the product the run was scoped to.
- Its status, such as completed, failed, or cancelled.
- The model that answered and who started the run.
Use the filters at the top to narrow the list by source, status, or skill.
Cleared runs stay visible here
Section titled “Cleared runs stay visible here”When a member clears their Ask AI history, those runs disappear from their own panel but remain on this page, marked Cleared. Clearing a panel is a convenience for the person using it, not a way to remove the record. This means you always keep a complete history of AI activity for your organization.
What this page does not do
Section titled “What this page does not do”This page is read-only. You cannot re-run or remove a run from here. It is a record for review, not a place to change anything.
